Above and Beyond Customer Service

I have to give a BIG shoutout to the whole crew at Mode’s Tire Service with the emphasis on service. I had my 90 pound dog and a small kitten in my truck and heading to Spiro. The alert came on my dash for low tire pressure. As I drove I watched the pressure go from 29 to 28…down to 18. I pulled in to Mode’s Tire and because of the hot temperatures, I had to leave my truck running. I went to the desk and explained my problem and that I had a cat and dog in the car. They cleared a bay and repaired my tire very quickly. I really appreciate the care they showed by getting me back on the road so fast. Everyone was so courteous and friendly. We will definitely be back because of the great service! Thank you.
